In this class you will learn several methods for preparing certain foods to create an arsenal of ready-to-heat dinner components. This way, a home-cooked meal is only minutes away– no matter what you’re in the mood for! We’ll cover basic vegetable prep, easy cooking methods for grains, protein, and vegetables, and some simple, no-cook sauce recipes.
