About the Chef
“I am happiest when I am in the kitchen”
Chef Abby Randall has over 17 years of professional cooking experience, from catering to fine dining. She found her passion for cooking at a young age working in her mother’s farm-to-table restaurant, Rebekah’s, in southeastern Minnesota. There she learned the importance of using quality, local ingredients and cooking from scratch. After attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York and attaining her ProChef Level One certification, Abby started a personal chef service in 2012 with a mission to promote healthy eating at home.
“Cooking for different families gave me valuable insight on what people like to eat, their dietary needs, and what their kids enjoyed as well. It has helped me put together menus I know families can appreciate.”
In 2014, Abby transitioned into a commercial kitchen in Eden Prairie, where she now offers a weekly changing menu from which clients can order their meals online for pick-up or delivery. She has surrounded herself with a talented team of chefs and staff to support a lunch cafe and catering operation.
