Service Options & Pricing
Food is delivered to the location in single-use recyclable and compostable containers and is set up by the client. The Tomato Vine staff does not stay on-site for setup. The client is charged a mileage/delivery fee, based on distance from our location. Disposable serviceware can be included with your delivery for $0.50/guest.
Delivery & Set-Up
Food is brought on-site and set up by our catering staff, ready to eat. The staff does not stay on-site for the entire event. The client is charged a mileage/delivery fee, based on distance from our location. Disposable serviceware can be included with your delivery for $0.50/guest. *additional service charges may apply, based on event equipment required and staff setup time
Chafing dishes, reusable platters, and soup warmers may be rented from The Tomato Vine for an additional rental charge. All reusable equipment must be returned to the Tomato Vine, 24 hours post-event, rinsed of food debris (unless otherwise noted in the contract). Reusable equipment can be picked up by The Tomato Vine staff, the following day, for an additional mileage/delivery fee.
Food is brought on-site and set up by our catering staff, ready to serve. We provide servers to stay on-site, for assistance with the event and clean-up. Butler-passing and bartending are optional and will be an additional charge. Servers and bartenders are $30/hour per staff member. On-site chefs are $50.00/hour, if a chef is requested or required to be on-site. *Holiday staffing rates will be subject to a higher rate.
Full service events require an 18% service charge. Events more than 30 miles outside of the metro area require a 25% service charge and additional mileage fees.
Buffet serviceware, chafing dishes, glassware, and tableware rentals are available for buffet setups, plated dinners, and full-service event options, and we are happy to assist with rental coordination!
For all service options, gratuity is not required, but welcomed by our staff.
